• Public profileInformation you add to your profile is visible to other logged-in users.
• Service providersVercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudinary (image storage), and an email provider handle your data on our behalf only.
• Legal requirementsWe may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deletion permanently removes your profile, projects, and all associated data within 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Visit your account settings or contact isomounttechcollective@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

We use HTTPS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, secure authentication tokens, and security headers on all pages. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication: session cookies set by NextAuth. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We will notify registered users by email before making material changes to this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
