Be respectful

Treat every member with respect regardless of their experience level, background, or location. Harassment, discrimination, and personal attacks have no place here.

Lift others up

If someone is learning, help them. Share knowledge freely. The strongest communities are the ones where everyone is invested in each other's growth.

Post accurate content

Only post job opportunities, events, and projects that are legitimate and real. Misleading listings harm people who depend on this platform for their careers.

Respect privacy

Do not share another person's private information without their consent. Do not use contact details gathered on this platform for spam or unsolicited outreach.

Give constructive feedback

When reviewing code, projects, or ideas, be specific and kind. "This is broken" is not helpful. "Here is why this might fail and how to approach it differently" is.

No spam or scams

Do not post duplicate listings, off-topic promotions, pyramid schemes, or any form of financial fraud. Violations result in immediate removal.
