1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern your use of IsoMount Tech Collective at https://isomount-tech-collective.vercel.app, including all features, content, and services on the platform. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

Keep it accurate. The information you provide when registering should be truthful and kept up to date. Impersonating someone else is not allowed.

Keep it secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact us.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to get around a suspension or ban is a violation of these Terms.

3. What you can and cannot do

IsoMount Tech Collective is a professional community for developers. We expect everyone to use it in good faith. You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fabricated professional information
Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
Use automated tools to create fake engagement or inflate metrics
Upload malicious code or anything intended to harm users or systems
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

4. Content you post

You own it. Projects, blog posts, comments, and other content you create remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your work.

You licence us to show it. By posting content on IsoMount Tech Collective, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform and in promotional materials.

We may remove content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, our Code of Conduct, or that we determine to be harmful to the community.

5. Opportunities and jobs

Employers posting opportunities are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.IsoMount Tech Collective does not verify the legitimacy of every posting and is not a party to any employment or contract agreement made through the platform. If you encounter a fraudulent listing, report it at isomounttechcollective@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual property

The IsoMount Tech Collective name, logo, design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Capital Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or branding without written permission.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Code of Conduct, or that pose a risk to the safety of other users. In serious cases we may act without prior warning. You may delete your own account any time from Account Settings.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

IsoMount Tech Collective is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We do our best, but we cannot promise perfection.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IsoMount Tech Collective and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify registered users by email before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
